Day Habilitation
Our Day Habilitation program provides structured group activities designed to enhance daily living skills, promote social interaction, and encourage community participation. Individuals engage in skill-building exercises, recreational activities, and community outings in a safe and supportive environment. Our trained staff work with each person to develop and achieve their personal goals.
IRSS – In-Home & Residential Supports
IRSS provides one-on-one support at home or in the community. Our caring staff assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care routines, medication reminders, meal preparation, and attending appointments. We focus on building independence while ensuring safety and comfort in the individual's chosen living environment.
Supported Community Connections (SCC)
SCC services help individuals connect with their communities through meaningful activities. Whether it's volunteering, participating in recreational programs, attending community events, or building friendships, our staff support individuals in developing confidence and social skills while staying engaged with their community.
